Multimatic Receives Supplier Quality Excellence Awards from General Motors
MARKHAM, Ontario (October 30th, 2013) – Three Multimatic divisions have been awarded the Supplier Quality Excellence Award from General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales.
Multimatic divisions Anton Manufacturing, Inmet Manufacturing, and Multimatic Structures Indiana met or exceeded quality and performance criteria in a 12-month period, achieving GM Platinum Supplier status.
The award was instituted in 2012 by General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales with the goal of increased collaboration with suppliers, and honours exceptional on-time delivery performance contributing to GM’s overall customer experience. Multimatic’s entire organization has been credited with having played an important role in GM’s efforts, and has been recognized for its commitment to consistently performing above expectations.
