View and download the applicable Multimatic Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (North America, United Kingdom and Mexico) which apply to all Purchase Orders issued by Multimatic and its divisions and subsidiaries, as noted on the specific Purchase Order form. Unless otherwise specified, where the Multimatic company or division issuing (as Buyer) a Purchaser Order is located in (i) Canada or the United States, the North America version of the Terms and Conditions apply, (ii) England, the United Kingdom version of the Terms and Conditions apply, or (iii) Mexico, and Mexico version of the Terms and Conditions apply. Also note that Purchase Orders issued by a Multimatic company or division will be valid without signature, if issued by the Buyer by electronic means.
