• Maintains double shear and zero clearance pivot joint
• Highly efficient load transfer to pillar and door structure through:
• Fore/aft bolt stager on body half (2)
• Cross car bolt stagger on door half (2)
• Symmetrical bolt pattern, avoids local "sheet metal torquing"
• Required lift-off height <10.0mm
• Doors-off process can be completed with standard shop tools
