The Engineering Services Gorup comprises a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians who excel in developing mass producible products utilizing state of the art computer aided design, manufacturing and engineering techniques. Capabilities include true "art to part" development with a core design organization augmented by an industry leading predictive engineering group undertaking structural, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, crash and metal forming analyses. State-of-the-art prototyping facilities include laser cutting, CNC/DNC machining, up to 800 tonne press capacity and a complete range of conventional manufacturing capabilities.

A hinge system design encompasses the development of hinge, check, fastening system and body structure strategies. Multimatic offers extensive experience in this field.
