Multimatic Composites

Facilities

Multimatic's composite fabrication facility is equipped with state-of-the-art tools required to produce exceptionally high quality, consistent parts. The in house autoclave offers a large 2.7 metre diameter x 7 metre long working volume, enabling Multimatic to handle complete full vehicle chassis and body systems. The autoclave and walk-in curing oven feature computerized control systems which provides precise control of temperatures, pressure, cure times and ramping rates, all critical to each part's overall dimensional accuracy and structural performance.

Located within a full function Prototype shop, access to an expansive complement of equipment including stamping presses, robotic welders, CNC mills and lathes, laser cutter, and CMM is just steps away.

Over 75,000 sqft dedicated prototype facility staffed by over
40 qualified toolmakers and fabricators.

With a working volume of 2.7 metre diameter x 7 metre long,
Multimatic’s computer controlled autoclave can handle anything
from automotive chassis and body systems to sail boat hulls.

Multimatic’s composites facility is configured to handle individual one-offs and volume production runs
