In-process verification techniques are employed at all production stages to ensure "built-in" quality, from the first to the millionth part. A host of purpose built functional and durability test equipment and walk-in environmental chambers are used to validate ongoing compliance with all customer performance requirements. Manufacturing capabilities include: stamping - 200 to 3,300 tonne (progressive and transfer) tube forming automated assembly machining laser welding twin torch welding spot, MIG & projection welding continuous weld process feedback control

By using the closed-loop vehicle dynamics optimisation process, and a cascading technique of deriving component level specifications from system level requirements, Multimatic can design and produce the ideal suspension systems for any vehicle.
